Help guide attendees, manage crowd flow, and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at our festival venue.
Outreach & Promotion
Spread the word about Rochester Pride in the community — flyering, social media, and attending local events.
Setup & Logistics
Help with stage setup, stall assembly, signage, and the big tidy-up after the festival.
Photography & Media
Capture the magic of Rochester Pride — photos and video for our social channels and archive.
Stage & Entertainment
Support our performers and stage managers — from sound checks to backstage coordination.
Welfare & Support
Provide a friendly, welcoming presence and signpost attendees to welfare services when needed.
